We talk first, then fill in the form.
First we talk about the kind of site you need and agree on the price and the work. Then I send you a detailed information form, which you can fill in thoughtfully, in your own time. I write the site text from your answers.
What does the form ask?
- Your name, your professional title and how you introduce yourself.
- Your training, the areas you work in and the way you work.
- Where you work and the contact details you want to share.
- The address of your current site or domain, if you have one.
- The content you want on your site, and design examples you like.
We choose the photos together.
A portrait and a few photos of where you work are a good start. Share the original files of photos you have the right to use. Copies shrunk by messaging apps can lose quality.
We decide how many photos to use while preparing the pages. I choose the ones that suit the site from what you have, and check how they look on both phones and computers.
When does the schedule start?
Once the information form and the files needed are complete, we set the start date together. The delivery time starts on that day. If you later want new pages or features, we talk through how they affect the timeline and the price before work on them begins.
You have the final say.
I send you the text I’ve prepared. You check your title, your professional details and whether the writing represents you accurately. We publish after you approve. This preparation never needs private information about your clients or patients.
